I
Graduated from T.J. Corcoran High School and Central
Technical Vocational High School. I then Received a
two year Degree Diploma for Carpentry and a one year
Degree Diploma for House Wiring.
I am Certified as a Home Inspector & Radon
Technician through American Building Inspection &
Training Co., licensed Home Inspector through New
York State, and certified through the New York State
Department of State Division of Code Enforcement and
Administration Uniform Fire Prevention and Building
Codes.
I've been in the Construction Industry since 1980,
providing comprehensive Construction Services to
both Residential and Commercial clients. Responsible
for all Design, Value analysts, Project Estimating,
Project Layout, Resource Allotment, Materials
Estimating/Procurement, Sub-Contractor
Negotiations/scheduling and Property Inspections on
the owners behalf.
As a Master Carpenter I've been Building /
Renovating homes and Commercial Buildings from the
footings of the foundation to the roof applications
and everything in between, experienced in ALL phases
of construction and very knowledgeable of
construction materials and processes.
