As a home inspector I will
conduct a visual, noninvasive inspection on multiple aspects
on a home or commercial building. Structural, Roof Systems,
Interior/ Exterior, HVAC Systems, Plumbing and Electrical.
There are over two hundred areas just in those aspects that
are checked and identified. I will provide a full 27 page
report setting forth all observations and opinions as to the
components of the home or building noting any major defects
or safety concerns. Because of the inherent limited nature
of the inspection, a home inspection is not intended to be a
guarantee, warranty, or insurance policy regarding the
condition of the home. Instead, the purpose of a home
inspection is to provide a non-interested third party
opinion as to the conditions that are visually apparent at
the time of the inspection. As a result from hiring or not
hiring me as your inspector you could save, make or lose
hundreds to thousands of dollars. Buying or selling a home
